I talk to my video games all the time (as I’m sure most of us do) and I always talk to the assassins like they are puppies. I can’t help it! I just love them all SO MUCH. Even if they don’t do what I had been directing them to do I’m like “oh it’s okay honey, we’ll just try it again, are you okay? Such a GOOD BOY! YES YOU ARE! YES YOU AAAARRREE!”… Seriously. Just like that.

Altair has and will always be my absolute favorite assassin. Even when I try to think about it logically, like that Ezio and Connor have better fighting styles and weapons and gadgets, I will NEVER think that either of them or any of the assassins to come in upcoming games is better than Altair. Now that I’ve said this: I absolutely love them ALL, I just feel like if they ever met and for whatever reason had to fight each other that Altair would kick all the others collective asses, and he would do it quickly, elegantly and brutally but without extra and unneeded flourishing and grandeur.

I replayed AC2, only to watch the Altaïr & Maria sex scene. The way Altaïr grabbed her after she lured him over with her finger was just unf! And when he kissed her forehead before leaving was so sweet. I’m not attracted to Altaïr as much as I am with Connor but I’m such a perverted hopeless romantic & that scene the only time you see that side to Altaïr.

AU - The Journey We’ll Tell Our Children About
└ Altair discovers another ability of the Apple, time travel. After convincing Malik, they both travel into the future, but they get separated — Malik lands in New York, and Altair – in Galicia, Spain. Altair immediately starts looking for his companion, asking people whether they have seen him, while Malik, confused and lost, wanders around the city, not knowing what to do.
